hears 2 old pics of last year . its of my bulking cycle it was my second cycle dont know wat weight i was then but im a bit bigger but alot more cut at the minute.will have new ones next week am currentley at 223 body fat 13ish ive been told any way wat u think.thanx mr amp

not bad, according to ur profile that pic was when u were 19, to be honest i think u could have done without the 2 cycles. chest looks a lil week, but its hard to give an overall critique cause the first pic is only half and kinda dark..got any leg pics...
