Creatine 5-10 grams a day
Glutamine (worthless IMO but) 30 or more grams a day
Vit C...I don't recommend mega dosing.

Vitamin C - (I've no knowledge about mega dosing but if you are just in it for health maintenance 1000 mg with breakfast is fine)
