    Best Steroid Alternative

    What's up everyone? I stumbled across this website while looking for supplement reviews. I am looking for a LEGAL supplement that will add about 10-15 lbs. of muscle. I am in the U.S. military so drug testing is pretty harsh, that said it needs to be legal. I have been lifting seriously for a year now and have used Universal's stacks and constant Whey. I'm a former 119lb. wrestler who could only bench about 165 one year ago. I have improved dramatically(benching 250 now), but want more. I am 5'10, 23 yrs. old and weigh 160 lbs. So yeah, I am getting stronger but can't really seem to get bigger. Any advice?

    I'm not sure there is a supplement that'll add 15-20lbs of muscle.

    Well. what type of supplement would give me the best chance for gaining more mass? I have been reading a lot about HGH, but can't tell which are legit. Have you ever heard of Testatropinal by ASN?

    I use protein constantly and I eat like a horse. Will creatine and glutamine really take care of the rest?

    Creatine and glutamine are worthless really.
    Save your $ buy steaks and other good food with it instead.
    Training/diet/rest will take care of it.

    you should go to the supplement forum! but i heard phera plex and superdrol would put around 10lbs .

    HGH is awesome but probably not the kind you are looking up. HGH is expensive as hell but works great and you keep most all ur gains!

    Phera Plex and Superdrol are legal? The HGH is Testatropinal, costs $40 for 6 weeks worth from bodybuilding.com.

    yeah pp and sd are legal and you cant get good HGH through supp sites
