Sustanon/test first timer-how about this dose and what length cycle.

Gday all,
Im about to start my first test cycle( have run stanoz. before twice), 2 things im wondering about , I had originally planned to run 500mg of sust being 2 x 250mg per week.But what does everyone think of doing 1 x 250 mg every 3rd day?Not a huge difference really.Shot ,2 days off ,shot?
My second question is what is the longest you could run sust? SAFELY? 14weeks?

I am also running dbol at 30mg for the first 4 weeks.
Yes i have clomid and novaldex.

Shot, 2 days off, shot" etc. is not every "third" day it is every fourth day.

You can run it safetly for a long time, going to doc getting kidney and liver values checked. You should take cranberry extract, liv 52 for liver. I know you got your nolva and clomid but what about other precautions??

Some advocate sust injections EOD due to the Prop ester. Personally I don't feel that there is enough Prop in the mix to make much of a difference. YMMV

12-14 weeks should be OK. Get some HCG if you are prone to shrinkage.

1cc Mon. and 1cc Thurs.
Nolva 10mg/ED

PCT: Clomid 3weeks after last shot
Day 1 -3 :100mg ED
Day 4 -21:50mg ED

Gained 16lbs, kept 13lbs.
Kept strength gains.
No acne.
Noticed slight increase in hair growth on chest.

Try and run it for 12 weeks. I did 10 weeks and regreted not doin more cos the test kicks in 4th or 5th week only. If you add 2weeks to the 10th week you would have that extra 2 weeks to bulk real good. Remember its not all about how much gear u use but how good ure diet and workouts are. Eat well and train hard.

Thanks for the feedback boys.Today is the day, first shot.I cant wait, im like a little kid looking at all the presents under the tree, LET ME AT IT. I cant believe not long ago l had a very negative (nieve) attitude to injecting steriods.After spending a month or so reading thru thread after thread in here my attitude has certainly changed a lot . Amazing really what a little bit of knowledge will do for someone.
