    Smile 18 years old 1st comp

    check out my pics i just took i'm 18 going on 19 my 1st bodybuilding competition is in 9 weeks let me know what u think i'm 5'9" currently 179lbs starting weight was 191lbs.. i decided 2 compete in teens light weight & mens middle weight

    definately looks like you need more overall size but i suppose this will be a good way to get your feet wet in competing im thinkin of doin my 1st comp in june but good luck man..

    We dont have any wheels shot so we cannot critique there, but i would say you really need to work on your delts, lats, and triceps from the pics you Supplied. Some upright rows and some WIDE grip pull ups will do the trick for the delts and lats. For your triceps do some heavy weighted dips.

    What are your stats (lifts, measurements)

    these r poor pics i'll get some better 1's i have a 46inch chest/back 15.5inch arms, 26inch thighs, 15inch calves... my bench press is 245lbs for 6-8reps, deadlift 305 6-8reps, squat 305.. current weight is 177lbs empty stomach in morning age:18
