20 mgs ED is the norm...some like to run 40 mgs ED for the first week or so,then reduce the dose to 20 mgs ED throughout the remainder of the cycle.

That all depends. Everyone is different. Running nolva throughout cycle at 20mg should help solve that problem. I would run an AI during cycle if running aromatizing steroids at more than a mild dose and length.
