    anyone who has followed my posts in the past yr will know that my goal was to get to 300# at 10%bf..thats still my goal,the last 2 months i cut my training to 3x week and followed more of a powerlifting routine just to change things up now im ready to get back to more of a bodybuilding routine..my arms did grow alot while only training 3x week,they are now just over 20" cold.

    Are you sure those pants are a 38? Can't see how you could fit in that size being 293lbs with a round belly.
    Big delts + arms, chest looks thick aswell.

    what do you want,a pic of the tag??they're 38's bro trust me they are the biggest pants i own i got a whole wardrobe from 32's,34's,36's and yes 38's...there are pics of my legs on the board,just do a search.the pic was for the bros that know me. yes my gut is round(bloated)I still have definition though but not a six pack or a 2 pack for that matter...haha..its winter time here in the NE,im not real concerned,I have 5 more months before I strip the clothes off.

    1st pic is me at 240 w/32" waist..about 1 yr ago
    2nd pic is about 6 months ago at 275-280 waist was 36"

    you want legs,do a search!!
