i'm having a dispute over here with someone because they say they can't function without coffee and need coffee to wake up so they can eat their pro/fat meal and do their am cardio an hour or so later. this person does their cardio in a college course so they need to eat something before. i suggested a pro/fat meal then do cardio, another pro/fat meal or shake, and then a pro/carb meal.
