i would do something like this:
back/bi
chest/tri
off
legs
shoulders/traps
off
repeat
that's what i do. i am also running test e.
while on I like to do one bodypart a day.
mon-chest
tues-back
weds-legs
thurs-shoulders/traps
fri-tri's/bi's/ab's
I work out eod.
day 1: Chest, Bi's
day 2: No weight training: Cardio 45-60 minutes
day 3: Legs
day 4: No weight training: Cardio 45-60 minutes
day 5: Shoulder, abs
day 6: No weight training: Cardio 45-60 minutes
day 7: Back, tri's
then back to day 1 again.
all my weight training is about 80% of my 1 rep max. I try to do at least 6-8 reps in the weight range.
