I am a senior in HS. Highly recruited QB and going to play college ball. I am 6'3" and weigh in between 185-190. I need to put on some weight. I eat alot of food(good food at the right times) and lift regularly. What steroid should I take to put on some muscle to get me around the 200+ lbs range? I am also a top hurdler in the state so I need to take something that wont affect me when I run such as heart problems(heard test will do that). Also I am running at least 2 times a day. Not running a cardio such as 30 mins on a tred mil, I am running a quarter workout(ex.400m,300m,200m,100m) If any one can help me it will be appriciated!!!
