Nolva @ 10mg/day
week 13-14 Nolva @ 20mg/day
week 15 Nolva @ 20mg/day
Clomid @ 300mg/ the first day
100mg/ the next 6 days
week 16 Nolva @ 20mg/day
Clomid @ 50mg/day
