Anyone have any suggestions? I'm having trouble getting to sleep at night and then when I do, I'm only getting about 4-5 hours of good sleep and the rest of the time I'm tossing and turning.

Try using Melatonin @ 6mg or even valerian root
I have the same problem im up to 4am mostly on computer
Nothing beter that awaking in the morning

The only thing is make sure you don't get into a movie or something because for me when I feel the melatonin kick and there is like a 10min period to fall asleep or you won't--anyone else have that problem

Thanks for the suggestions. I took 4mg of Melatonin last night and was out within a 1/2 hour. First night in a long time that I got 8 hrs sleep.
