    New on the seen NEED HELP

    Hi everyone. this is t=my first day posting and first time with the gear. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on a Deca +Winny cycle.Im 23 5'6 176lbs
    I have arthritis so i heard deca was good on the joints but what about winstrol???
