Yeah, it's fine, it's just beef.

I eat that shit all the time. I just make sure to get the kind w/no sugars in them so there is no sugar content. I don't worry about sodium myself, as that is only something to address pre-contest or pre-shoot for me. As long as I drink adequate water, I flush out all excess salt.

I love snacking on beef jerky myself. Some company is selling turkey jerky in supplement stores now. Can't remeber the brand though and I'm sure it's way to expensive. I think it said 39g protein per bag 0 carbs.

    Swole and Giantz,

You can combat sodium issues by drinking alot of water? So if someones diet is a little too high in the sodium department,as long as they are drinking alot of water, they would not have some of the bad effects like bloat and increase of BP?

PS: Swole dig the bus brother !!!!

http://www.robertsonshams.com/prlbfjk.htm this is not the cheapest but it is good jerky IMO. I don't like the soft jerky I like the kind you have to fight to eat.. anyway they might make a deal on larger orders.

if ur concerned about the cost, then yall should take up hunting to fill your jerkey needs. after every deer season i will have enough deer jerkey to last until the following year. deer is leaner than beef too, and taste similar. learn to process the deer urself (not brain surgery) and its almost free to make tons of jerkey.
