Ok, so I wanna lose fat and get good keep gains...
Breakfast- A bowl of total, banana, and glass of OJ
hows that? Maybe some egg whites and low fat cottage cheese..
Lunch - uumm, I usually have 2 PPJ's, apple, and some milk mix nutritional drink
I know this has to change....at least the PPJ's
Supper - Just try to eat some good meat....
