my name's ryan. im from iowa. im 22. i played football for all 4 yrs of high school and was all-district both ways my junior and senior years. i was recruited to play at small colleges(d-3). i would like to get in shape in the next year to go back and give that a go since i never ended up trying that. right now im 6'3" 320. my body fat is between 23-26%. my friend who's a personal trainer said that i have really good genetics to get freaky huge if i work at it. i had problems staying motivated in high school with lifting, i would bust my butt for 4 months then stop for a few months. that was due to coaches not opening the weight room, personal motivation, etc. i always had pretty good strength gains and never used more than creatine and protein. my personal maxes that ive achieved, these are all from my senior year in high school are squat 470, bench 285, military 240, incline 250. during that time i weighed around 300 and ran the 40 in 5.2 so that was the best shape i had gotten into at any one point in my life. now im looking to cut a lot of fat, i'ld like to get down to 10-15%. if theres anything i can take to aid that please message me and share your knowledge. my knowledge about steroids is very limited. after i get rid of the fat i'ld like to beef back up to the 290-310 range. anyways message me if u care to chat or want to share some info. excited to hear from everyone and read everyone's posts.
