To my knowledge ephedrine was taken off the banned supplement list

i believe i am right, than well this really isnt a source check, i was just curious if there were any websites out there that have it, i looked at bodybuilding dot com, but they still have it marked down as a banned supplement.

if it is still a banned supplement, than void this post.

im pretty sure this is ok to ask, since im almost positive that its not an illegal substance anymore.

Yes, it was taken off the list. It is used as a cough suppresent to treat athsma.
