Has Anyone On As Tried Muscle Milk? I Have Used It In The Past Alot And I Liked It But Im Not Sure If The Reason I Didnt Lose Any Fat In My Gut Is Because Of The Muscle Milk Protien. I Have Heard Its A Good One To Take Post Workout And Before Sleep But During The Day Its Bad, Then Of Course I Read The Opposite. Just Wondering If Anyone Has Had Any Persoanl Experience. I Hate To Give It Up Cause It Tastes So Damn Good. I Usually Use It With Water Instead Of Milk. Its The Only Prtien That Doesnt Taste Like A Chalk Shake.
