Currently i am 6'5 about 242 and play college football. I just recieved ALL-American honors for a d2 school. Im about 12% b/f and i was looking to get up to about 250 naturally. I need some help with my diet because im not sure if im getting enough calories.
7:30 2 burritos with egg whites and sausage plus a banana.
9:30 Need help with what to eat here!!! - go with some trusty oats
11:30 Turkey, Roast beef or Ham with green beans, rice or vegetables.
1:30 Pre-Workout meal need help with this!!! some kind of protein
3:30 Protein shake
5:30 Turkey, Roast beef or Ham with green beans, rice or vegetables.
7:30 Steak or chicken with rice
9:30 Need help with this meal also!!!i would reccomend, cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, and almonds
The reason for the turkey and ham is because i eat at the school cafeteria, also i need help with portions do i need to eat 1 plate or maybe to with lunch and dinner or should i stick with what i have been doin.
