question about water retention and the "puffy look"

Just about to start my first cycle here 12 weeks test enth with 12 weeks eq (Also got my Nolva and clem)have been learning tons of info from this forum. Ive done the Body for Life program and did work wonders about a year ago, but am looking to take the next step. Been working out for the last 5 years and just got my gear in today. The question I have is want to try and avoid the bloated look. Any suggegtions would be greatly appreciated.

Some bloat is to be expected with heavy androgens and aromatizing ones. Ldex or letro should take care of the bulk of the problem tho.

What doses would be applicable for each?

Running an AI will greatly help combat water retention. Letro is a good choice to totally cut all water weight.

Do you run the Letro after your cycle, or while on it?

Whilst "on". Be careful of an estrogen rebound after the discontinuence of the Letro. You need to do some research into this for yourself.

would you recomend waiting to use Letro until you see some water retention, or use it preemtively?

Use an AI, Aromotase Inhibitor. It prevents testosterone from aromotasing to estrogen, which brings with it negative sides. Letro is one of the more powerful AI's and will be effective at reducing bloat experinced from the AS your taking. But, when discontinued the estrogen has a tendancy to rebound. Thus having negative sides, gyno being one of them. This is why its important to take into account how to avoid this, and what compounds can help prevent the 'rebound'. But, I leave that for you to work out in your research. Read in the 'Steroid Profiles Forum'.

This, in my view, should be known before embarking on a cycle of any kind.

You need to do some more research.
