I'm trying to see what you competitors do for abs. I'll be doing something soon and I need to figure out what would be the best routine for abs. I'm doing about 3 excersizes/3sets 2x a week til I get to 12 weeks out. I am currently 20 weeks out tomarrow.
This is what I'm doing so far:
Decline situps w/ 25lbs 3/15
Tucks on the flat bench 3/15
Rope crunches w/ 120lbs 3/15
Anything I should add, change, remove?
BTW, the last 2-3 weeks of doing these along with cardio and a clean diet has made MAJOR improvements in my mid section. I can't complain but I just want to make sure I do exactly whats necesarry to perfect them.
