    Talking Here are my pics

    Hey guys,

    I'm 6'1" & 210. I think my bf is around 14%. What would you guess?
    I want to get down below 10%

    You look good man. Can tell that your chest is nice and thick. As far as the bf% goes, look at the pics I posted. I'm 15% in mine.

    Awesome size bro. I bet you can definately toss around some weight. Mid teens sounds right to me. It's hard to tell exactly.

    you look heavier than 210 by the way. I would have pegged you at 240 at that height.

    I would guess his b/f at around 18%, but I can say that you do look bigger than 210 in that pic

    No, I'm actually just under 210 in that pic. I think the camera puts weight on you. I'll post another pic @ 200. I did a 9 point bf% test & it came out 15%.I think 200 lbs will put me around 10% & should give me more "V" shape.
