Tell me if this is good for a natural bodybuilder (for now).
Day 1 chest/legs
Day 2 shoulders/bi's
Day 3 back/tri's
Day 4 off
repeat
when i do this i do, for example, day 1 heavy chest light legs then the next time light chest heavy legs

Pretty shitty split, IMO.
You want to split your bodyparts up so you're not overtraining them.
When you work chest, for example, you're using your front delts and triceps... so you don't want to train those on consecutive days. Same goes for back/biceps...
A simple split I really like is this:
1) Chest/Triceps/Front & Med. Delts
-- Rest
2) Back/Biceps/Rear Delt's
-- Rest
3) Legs/Abs
-- Rest
-- Repeat
I say you do 1 major bodypart a day. That's what I would do if I was natty.
would u do 5 days straight or take a break half way through?
