I want to move from about 12-14 percent body fat, to about 7-9% (for the abs) by june first... i run am cardio 5 times a week... and i eat a pretty healthy diet... are my goals ubtainable

Well its not as strict as you guys, basically its this...
Wake up 4:45 (ecy pills)
Go to the gym: Cardio from 5-5:50
Come home Walk the dog for about 10 minutes...
Have breakfist... Cereal With 25 mile (less then a cup, i like my cereal crunchy) and a banana
Go to class:
11:02 Lunchecy pills)
Salad, small dressing, cucumbers and carrots in it.. basic grield cheese sandwhich...
3:15 Snack usually some source of meat, any kind really...some small carbs
4:00(ecy pills)
7:00 Dinner, usually A meat and potatoes kind of thing, still eat with the family so yea its hard to say what im having, but i eat proportionate, so its not all that bad...
