I was just messing around with the web cam, and snapped a few pics of my back, and thought i'd share them. I've been training my back pretty hard lately, and wanted to check on my progress. I now realize that I think i need to work on my lats a little more, b/c i feel they're lacking. Let me know what u honestly think, and any pointers would be great too...dont hold back, b/c i can take it.
