I have 25mg caps... I'd be taking 50mg ed so should I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon, or would I be better off taking all 50mg at the same time? Its active life is 8 hours... how should I split this dose up?

I would diffently take two doses a day over one. It will keep blood levels much more stable that way

yeah i agree .... ive ran both orals and injections .... with the injects i shot only once a day ... but i did run the orals 2x a day and felt that my body reacted better to taking two separate doses .... give it shot .... see how ur body responds

Also take with food, helps with absortion and stomach discomfrit
