just whey of course.... i have some creatine (monohydrate), vit b6, ala, and tribex
thats all i take. along with a bunch of other vitamines/minerals. its good to put some maltodextrin with the creatine, water, and ala all together. drink it 30 min before workout. could also take a little yohimbine hcl before workout.Originally Posted by ShnouzedUp
