Yup, I bought 2lbs of skirt steak to most preferably BBQ on the weekend. What would be the best way to make this type of steak?
Any sauces? Special ingredients to make it much more delightful?

Here's one of my favorite ways:
Get your self some;
Garlic
Canned Chipotles
Lime Juice
Shallots
Cumin Powder
Throw all ingredients in a food processor. Then rub all over the skirt steak, let sit for a few hours minimum. Then go ahead and grill that up. Makes a great Mexican/South Western Steak. Also you nca cut it up into strips and make sick Burrito's/Fajita's.
Cheap steaks are best thinly sliced for stir-fry's.
