Are you looking to add any muscle? Get more explosive? Etc.
I focus on powerlifting while doing BJJ. I get my cardio and various isometrics in the studio so in the gym I do power moves (cleans, push-presses, squats, deads). You'll have to split your body exercises out personally. I do four sets 10/10/6/4 to fail.Originally Posted by ThePump
