    Hey my name is Trevor, I'm 6'5 175, I'm a pitcher in a semi-pro baseball league and i'm looking for some advice on some workouts i can do that would fit what I do. Anything anybody could tell me would be great,,,, Thanks All

    Speed?
    Strength?
    Endurance?
    Explosive Power?

    And There Is A Sports Forum... Might Be Better To Ask There...

    Well I'm assuming you're trying to do this off-season before spring. Look at the top of the workout forum for "SWOLESQUATS!" that will do the trick for legs, and be careful, you're an athlete and this will put you out for a couple days pretty much. And search for "Iron Man's HIT Training" that is a wonderful strength conditioning program. Strike Em' Out Bro...
