I'm looking for strengh and and to strenghen my legs more.
Well I'm assuming you're trying to do this off-season before spring. Look at the top of the workout forum for "SWOLESQUATS!" that will do the trick for legs, and be careful, you're an athlete and this will put you out for a couple days pretty much. And search for "Iron Man's HIT Training" that is a wonderful strength conditioning program. Strike Em' Out Bro...
