    Whats up, former military man.

Whats up. I'm glad I found this place. A little about me. I'm a former military guy who got crippled in Afghanistan. I'm having a hard time adjusting to the civilian life. But luckily now that I am a stay at home dad, I get to go work out and build muscle. My goal is to be rediculously strong.

    Welcome, what branch of service?

My brother has a full medical from the Marines and he is spending all his time and govt. cash getting rediculously strong. He cant do much with legs other than walk/ride bike but he is huge upper body.
