yo i need some serious advice

im a psych major and when im in an fvcked up spot in my head i can usually rationalize my way out but something happened tonight at work thats got me really fvcked up. i would love to get into the specifics but im not sure who i can really trust and im sure you people would get a kick out of the story but this means my job here and i dont want anyone running thier mouths. basically a friend did something tonight on purpose that costed our company about a 2 to 3 thousand dollar loss of our "merchandise" and when i say merchandise i mean something that is alive and breathing, not an object. i have to go to work tommorow and im freakn the fvck out and cant sleep cuz the asshole told me what he did and if i rat we'll both get fired and my only hope is to keep my mouth shut and pray for the best. but this is some serious crap goin on and im scrambled and confused and have no idea what to do, cuz i actually vouched to get this deushbag a job with us, this just really sucks and i dont know what to do but ill keep you guys posted.

its a major petstore, and yeh honesty is the best policy, but i already lied my ass off saying i have no idea what happened and kinda manipulated the shit outta the situation to keep thier focus on someone outside the business, like an ex-employee and planted a few seeds in thier head to get thier attention off of me and this prick bastard.. i really wasnt thinking too clear but yeh im in a tight spot
