keep me posted, i'll probably try and use water, and have the whey pick up the taste category, but still... let me know...

I make it a lot for when I wake up in the middle of the night. What you have to do is stir it like crazy and then put it in the fridge for an hour or so. Once it is cold stir it up real good again and do this a couple of times. This will get it to a desired consistancy.
I make it without all the milk but use cool whip free. Turns out to be like a mousse. Good stuff, I posted this stuff in the receipes before.
I buy the sugar free snack packs and mix one scoop of whey with one of them, tastes great.
