I am currently new to this forum and it seems to be a great resource. My current situation is that over the past couple of years I have gained a ridiculous amount of weight due to lifestyle change leading to poor eating and underactivity. I used to weigh around 235 and now I weigh close to 300 pounds. Yes I know I am a fat shit. I have dropped about 15lbs in the past month roughly by proper diet and excercise. My current goals are to get to around 250-260 by summer and by fall be around 215. I know that I am currently ridiculously overweight so I am not sure if using anything with my workout would be particularly beneficial at the moment, yet I cant help wondering if Clen would not help even at my weight. It seems to me from what I have read that it shreds fat pretty rapidly if combined with a proper workout routine and diet. The question I have is, is this right for someone as fat as me? Could it be potentially harmful? I would certainly appreciate any help as far as answering this question. I would also like to state that I understand fully that no substance alone can create weight loss, and I plan on following a strict diet/excercise regimen with or without the Clen. If anyone feels it would be beneficial to me would they have a recommended dosage schedule, recommended benedryl useage (i think this is recommended?), recommended taurine useage, etc. I have looked throughout the site and it seems that there is much varying information about Clen spread about. However, it seems to be rather varying in the opinions of different people about dosing, etc. Thanks for any help in advance.
