Hello, new member here.. duh huh?
live and work in the Toronto Ontario area of good ol Canada.
Little about me.. hmm.. used to work out a lot right out of high school, fell of the wagon for a little while and got really out of shape. Ive been plugging away at it again for a few months now.
Got my diet back in order as well, taking in a little under 200grams of protein a day(240lbs body weight), about midway though a creatine ester ethyl cycle, giving HMB a shot but man you have to take a lot of that stuff.. also taking in a fair amount of glutamine post workout.
As far as juice goes im a novice but ive been gathering supplies for a light weight cycle nothing really hardcore. Always wanted to give it a go.. but thats a little obvious since here I am..
