the amount of mg per mL varies. It should say on the vial or amps what it is. If it's winny it's probably 50mg/mL. I won't comment on a dose for your gf though but I'll bump it for someone who knows.

im using the oral suring from my clen and it only has ml on it and the winny is 50 mg what line is .5 mg

that's the thing, mg is a measure of mass. mL is a measure of volume. There are X amount of mg's dissolved in 1mL of your winny. Look on the amp or vial, it will say something like "winstrol 50mg/mL" or something like that. If you are in doubt just type everything you see on the label and I'll tell you what the concentration is. It's probably 50mg/mL but better be safe than sorry.
