Tongkat is good....Cialis would be better.

There are many different approaches you can take whether it be Viagra or Trib. Sounds cliche but the best thing is to talk to a doctor. Depending on the seriousness of your ED the options and treatments will vary greatly.

Someone looking for a "boost" may want to try some Redkat, while someone who is completely impotent will probably want to try something a little stronger. I guess it all depends what exactly you are aiming to do.
