If you threw out your back and you went to the gym to only notice that your back hurts more than it did before...I would go get that looked at, only reason i'm saying that is cuz thats what is happening to me with my shoulder...
I threw my arms a little bit to far out on my deads on sunday, threw out my left shoulder, thought it got better so yesterday i went to give a mini shoulder workout and competely F*ed it up bad, didn't hurt then but today it was unbarible, so i went to the docs and she is sending me out to do an MRI to see if i tore the muscle... If only i woulda stayed out of the gym a bit longer...
