Here is my bulking diet. I posted it in another thread and kurz said not enough cals..this may kind of be a waste of a thread but Im just seeing if this is on the low side of cals
10 eggwhites, 3 packets weight control oatmeal
2 sweet potatoes, 2 chicken breasts
10 eggwhites, 2 baked potatoes
1 1/2 cups oats, 40g whey
pwo skim milk/oats/whey
ppwo 2 chicken breasts 2 cups rice
tuna/mayo 2 tbspn flax
some turkey
1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbpn natty pb
I could easily add more..the problem here is cost mainly. I could easily get down double more cals if I needed to. Not saying I am..but just saying "stomach space" or so to say is not a problem..just mainly the cost side of things. This diet is really really expensive to begin with.
