Ok, this may seem a dumb ass question, so i apologise if it is.
Having calculated the grams of carbs needed for myself to begin my cut, i was just wondering something...
It states that i need 98g of carbs per day but that doesn't seem very much at all. I have 1 cup of oats for breaskfast which is 54g of carbs, then my PWO shake, 60g of carbs.... so i have gone over my allowance already?! What about my PPWO meal? I also usually have 1 cup of oats before i work out, so thats another 54g of carbs. How can i stay within these parameters?
