i have animal nitro and I've been told to take 1 pack before training and 1 pack immediately after training and have my post workout shake at least 30 minutes after i take the animal nitro.
Is this true?
Would it be a better idea to take the PWO shake (50g protein 80g dextrose-carbs) immediately after the workout and THEN take the animal nitro 30 mins later?
The reason I've been told to take them 30 mins apart is because they supposedly fight each other for absorbtion.
Pretty much I want to know which is more important to take before the other.
