Im not trying to lose weight and burn so many calories. If I do cardio on a treadmill or stepmaster for example, I would do maybe 10 minutes. Sometimes I go and shoot ball, since I joined the local YMCA with my fiance 2 months ago. Is there anything wrong not doing so much cardio after my workouts? Im 6ft and weigh about 165 lbs. My goal is to get upto at least 185-190lbs. I know it will take time, but Im determined. I just need to eat like a dirty caveman.![]()
