Whelp, I'm sorta sick of stalling out....I've been slowly ading cals to my diet weekly in an effort to put on some decent mass and it's not cutting it. I'm up 3lbs then down 2, up 2, down 2, etc............SO, I'm pulling an SC from his last bulker. I am going to eat whatever and whomever (lol)......I will keep it realitvely clean, but EVERYTHING is pretty much fair game except for foods that are fried. My ONLY cardio will be a brisk 15-20 minute walk at 500am with the dog (more for his sake), a 1/2 mile jog post training (5 minutes) and 30-40 minutes on an empty tank on SUNDAYS.
My goal is 4,000 cals every day minimum for the month of February, then I will reevalute. I will take before and after pics, showing me at 7-8%bf, at whatever % my fat ass is on March 1, and again when I'm 6% in May.
I am going to enter a body transformation contest, and make up some crap how I was fat all my life blah blah.....and look what a nerdy CPA can do....maybe write a book.
Training will be Narks style........1 bp per day, with a little secondary bp at the end. One - Two days completely off, judging by how I feel.
Test Cyp at 250mg a week, then prop EOD at 100mg, or SUs 250 at 250mg a week...have yet to decide. My daily activity level will be nil as I sit in an office for 10 hours (TAX SEASON!)
