    Multivitamins

    I looked through the threads and didn't see anything on multivitamins. When would be the best time to take a multivitamin. In the morning when most people take it? I was thinking before or right after my workout.. seems my body find it more useful at that time!!?

    Personally I take in 1 after my workout...it supposedly has a release time of 6hrs...

    I usually take mine first thing in the AM or right before working out....not sure if it makes a difference though.

    i take 1 with breakfast and one twelve hours later. plus after a workout i take 1g effervescent vitamin c and 100iu of vitamin e, for anti oxidant benefit especially after my cardio
