Vitex will reduce estrogen levels and it's cheap at less than $10 a bottle.

I would only take this with a multi-vitamin as a regular daily supplement, but I would never rely on this for PCT. You can take vitex long-term, ie: everyday for a year for overall estrogen reduction.

Also take a look at chrysin (dihydroxyflavone). This is another relatively cheap vitamin/herb that can reduce estrogen.

You're right. When this thread started this guy mentioned *vitamins* that reduced estrogen. So I thought that he was looking for something that he could take everyday for the rest of his life, like vitex or chrysin.

I would NEVER use either for PCT. Stick with the research chems or prescription grade stuff for PCT.

Vitex is an uncertain element. it does have progestenic components. There is no evidence it lower estrogen levels. It may lower prolactin levels, but it may also raise them.

    as far as PCT
    aromatase inhibitors:
letrozole, arimidex, aromasin, AIFM (transdermal ATD+Dhea from AF)
    Serms:nolva, clomid.
hcg is also an option, though low dose is preferable and highly reccomend concurrent use of an AI.

So the answer to my question would be ( Rebound XT, Novadex XT, Attitude, Ultra Hotter)

I will let him know what to take. Thanks guys

Personally, i think he is wasting his money and time, but its not up to me what he takes............Oh well.

not sure whether its relevant in his case but from a cost perspective AIFM is considerably more affordable.

I wonder how well PCT by AX would work as an actual PCT in replacement of nolva on a low dose test cycle. I am running SD for 4 weeks at 10/20/20/20 and test e for 10 weeks at 250mg a week. I have a bottle and I want to give it a shot but I dunno if this experiment is worth possibly losing my gains.
