A month ago i posted some pics and was told by many guys here to cut down on body fat. Well after a month of cuting (2200cals), 3times a week weight lifiting and 5 to 6 times a week 45 mins cardio here are my results. Please be gentle on your critique i know i still look patetic. At the moment my target is to achieve a nice hard mid section. Am i on the right track guys? PS first two pics were taken on the 1st of Jan 06.
