    proper form when ...?

    could someone help me out in telling me the proper form when doing flat bench press using dumbells. is the main thing to keep your forearm's in a vertical position when lowering and raising ? thanks

    proper form is to keep your arm at a 90 degree angle just like you would doing bb benching
