    Does forearm strength increase strength in bench, curls, etc???

    does having alot of strength in your forearms help you bench more and curl more and row pull and push more etc???

    My opinion is that they help with grip and can also aide in better control for form on free weight exercises.
    They give me a little more gas in the tank on curls and some back exercises but not on bench.

    Edit: Also helps on my French Press
