    RICE cakes for PW Anyone?

Thinking of my next experiement to use rice cakes and whey immidiately PW.....anyone use them? I like using oats, but tend to leave me bloated. Dextrose is solid, but giving my body a little sugar "break"....thoughts?

I used rice cakes for a month PWO. I feel dextrose is more effective for recovery. Rice cake where a nice change though and kind of tasty. Mmmmmm.... ricecakes.

How many calories are in a rice cake? I'd have to eat the whole pack. Stick to dextrose, save the ricecakes for the ladies or precontest.
