I want to clean bulk, by using only complex carbs, lean protein, and flaxseed oil, but my bodyfat is really high right now. What should I do? I was thinking of just eating tuna every 2 hours, with some flaxseed oil, and the only carbs I would have would be in my PWS. Is this cool for me to lose bodyfat and gain lean body mass. Also, Im doing Cardio in the morning before breakfast. Thoughts, suggestions. I think I am at aroung 30% BF. I didnt think is was that bad, til I took pics. I have all kinds of clean carbs in the house such as brown rice, brown noodles, yams, and green vegies. Should I eat those, even though I am at such a high BF%? Im so confused, I need to stop reading so much.
