    Im confused.

    I want to clean bulk, by using only complex carbs, lean protein, and flaxseed oil, but my bodyfat is really high right now. What should I do? I was thinking of just eating tuna every 2 hours, with some flaxseed oil, and the only carbs I would have would be in my PWS. Is this cool for me to lose bodyfat and gain lean body mass. Also, Im doing Cardio in the morning before breakfast. Thoughts, suggestions. I think I am at aroung 30% BF. I didnt think is was that bad, til I took pics. I have all kinds of clean carbs in the house such as brown rice, brown noodles, yams, and green vegies. Should I eat those, even though I am at such a high BF%? Im so confused, I need to stop reading so much.

    you need to carefully read the cutting sticky at the top of the page. Go through it and then ask more detailed questions . Its hard to give any answeres now.

    Im sorry that I even posted this. Cause it makes no sense, now that Ive read it again. I dont want to bulk right now. I just want to get down to about 10%bf, then, I would like to bulk up. Im just looking to the future, which I know is way down the road. I shouldnt have even posted this, Its just I woke up today, and my FN neck and shoulder was killing me and then I took my pics, and I got depressed looking at them. I mean I knew I had gotten out of shape after my injury, but I didnt think it was anywhere near as bad as it is.

    But yeah, SC I was thinking about doing the DC training method, if not for anything, but to get stronger while dropping the fat, but Im still looking and may come up with somewhat of a better program for cutting.

    Sorry to waste yals time, but I will have my horrid pics up soon.

    O and to answer your other quuestion about the Tuna and flax daily? Ive done it before for like a year, with one semi cheat meal/day a week depending. Then again I would sleep a shit load too. No energy is a bitch, but I dropped the fat in no time.

    Dont worry about posting bro.

    But you need to have some kind of plan of attack so we can critique it. Its very hard to make a diet for someone. Most just dont have the time or energy. If you write down your height and weight I can point you in the right direction by giving you how much kcal and protein you should eat.

    Also DC works good, but I would not do it while cutting. DC training is VERY hard on the cns ect and you are best not to try it unless your eating a abundance of kcal.

    and btw what exactly is your goal? If you are at 30% bf I would say you need to cut down atleat 15% as soon as possible

    Im not really worried about posting, its just that I know better than coming on here with stupid questions like the first one I posted, like some of the jackasses that come on the board annoying you guys. Ive been reading and posting here long enough. Anyway, back on topic. Im at 260lbs at 5'11.5 right now. My golai at this point is to get my bf as low as maybe 10%, so I can see the little muscle I have now, and then I would like to start a clean bulk cycle. I have all the clean carbs and protein, and flax seed oil at my disposal. Thank you for your time Johan, and by the way that Raccon gif is wild. LMAO.

    keep your head up man don't be so hard on yourself, with time you will make it happen! how many cardio sessions will you be doing per week? this matters because you will not want your calories too low if you are going to be doing the cardio quite often. and i didn't see you mention it, but remember to keep your heart rate around 65% of ur MaxHR...good luck bro!

    I have been hitting the cardio every morning at 65%mhr for the past 2 weeks, and I intend on keeping it up. Yeah, its like I know what to do, but I feel better coming on here to get you guy's opinions/approval. Call me crazy.
